Prime Pro 15W Wireless Charger gives you an option to charge your device at your desired location without any port. A unique feature of this wireless charger is that it can charge any device and hence paving the path to becoming a universal charger for all of your devices. Installing Instructions:
1. To begin using your PrimePro wireless charger, you will need to connect the USB-A integrated cable into the DC power adapter.
2. Place your wireless charging device on the wireless charging output (B), making sure it is aligned to the centre of the wireless charging output (B).
3. Your device should begin to wirelessly charge.
Adjusting Height
To ensure optimal charging speed, unscrew the tightening screw (E), then adjust the wireless charging pad, so that your device is aligned to the center of the wireless charging output (B).
Flat Lay Wireless Charging:
Your PrimePro wireless charger can be used as a flat wireless charging pad. Do this by unscrew the tightening screw (E) and removing the wireless charging pad from the stand.
Troubleshooting
For optimum charge speed, adjust your device so that it is aligned to the center of the wireless charging output (B). Please ensure that the case on your phone is not affect the wireless charging by removing it and checking the performance. Some cases interfere with the wireless charging if they contain metallic material or are overly thick.
