Components and separate parts may change.

  • Please read the manual to understand how to use the charger safely.
  • Connect the charger to the adaptor (1), put mobile device or smart watch on the charging pad(2).
  • Make sure there is no magnet/magnetic card/metal product left in between the device and the charger. It may not charge the device properly or cause heat damage.
  • If the device supports high-speed charging, it will charge faster.
  • Please put the devices in the middle of the charging pad for speedy and safe charge.
  • For high-speed charge, 15W or above PD supported, or AFC, QC2.0/3.0 adopter must be used. • The charger is only compatible to USB Type-C. Please check your USB connector type.
    • Mobile device can be charged with case cover,
      but it may not charge properly if the case is too thick.
    • Connector (USB Type C) can generate heat while charging. Do not touch the connector

Product A/S and Safety Precautions

  • Please state conditions of the product and your contact information when submitting A/S request.
  • Please contact the supplier or contact SoluM CS center at 1588-0502 if defects occur.
  • All in one Wireless Charger’s warranty period is 6 months after purchase.
  • If charger malfunctions due to defective charger, SoluM will recover/inspect the charger and send you the new product.
  • If recovered product defect occurred due to the customer, shipping fee will be charged to the sender.
  • Precautions for Use
    – Do not store in a hot place. – Keep out of reach of children or pets.
    – Do not shock the product such as dropping.
    – Do not arbitrarily modify or fix the product.
    – No free warranty if product damage occurred due to above reasons.

• Fees will be charged regardless of warranty if the products are non-faulty or damaged due to customer’s fault.

• Damaged due to natural disasters
• Both mishandling and warranted defects are found

Service can be denied due to below reasons,
• Arbitrarily modify, copy or use imitated parts
• If the parts have been changed from the time of the purchase
